How it works
Add your four section bands and divide by four. Round the average to the nearest half band, with .25 and .75 rounding upwards. The same overall-band calculation applies to IELTS Academic and General Training.
An example
Listening 6.5 + Reading 6.5 + Writing 5.0 + Speaking 7.0 gives an average of 6.25.

Should I enter marks out of 40?
